Introduction
There are several types of killers; mass murderers, spree killers, and serial killers are the most notorious. A mass murderer is a person or persons who kill a large number of people at one time. The most infamous are dictators like Hitler and Stalin or high school students Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. A spree killer is someone or a team that kills multiple people in a short amount of time without the cooling off period that serial killers are known for. A serial murderer or killer is a person who has killed two or more people on separate occasions. The majority of serial killers in American are white males in their 20's and 30's; however, there are exceptions to that rule.
